The rig of " Dory II " is rather big and versatile under different sailing-conditions. One can put up as much as 85 square meters of sail when there is little wind and still reduce sail easily when the wind gains force.
The sails are: 
1 = genoa or reacher (45 sqm)
2 = mainsail (18 sqm)
3 = mizzenstaysail
(9 sqm)
to be used with aft winds only.
4 = mizzensail (13 sqm)
5 is the mainmast - 6 is the mizzenmast - 7 is the bowsprit. back to first page!
